Plain-language terms.
A summary of how the service works. Your full agreement is provided and signed with your firm; it prevails over this summary.
1. What NLT Infrastructure is
Software for running a funded-trader program: simulated accounts, a risk engine, a trading terminal, a company dashboard, an API and webhooks. It is not a broker, an investment advisor or a payment processor.
2. Money
Accounts are simulated. NLT does not receive, hold or transfer your traders’ funds. You collect from your traders and you pay their payouts.
3. Pricing and billing
- One-time setup: $1,500.
- Platform: $800 every 30 days, charged automatically through our payment provider. It includes 50 new challenges per calendar month.
- Each additional challenge started in the month: $10, invoiced monthly and payable online.
- Prices are in USD and may change with at least 30 days’ notice; you may cancel before a change applies.
4. Cancellation and suspension
You can cancel your membership at any time; it ends at the end of the paid period. If a payment fails or the membership ends, creation of new accounts by API is suspended; your traders’ existing accounts keep working while you wind down or migrate.
5. Your data and your traders’ data
You are responsible for your traders’ personal data and for informing them how it is used. NLT processes it only to operate the service for you and applies reasonable security measures.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service available, but it is provided as is and market data can be delayed or interrupted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
7. Acceptable use
See the acceptable-use guide. Breaking it can lead to suspension.
